This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for LabsLedger purchases made through our payment partner, FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all LabsLedger transactions and handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with LabsLedger. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

2. LabsLedger License (One-Time Purchase)

2.1 Eligible for Refund

If you purchased a LabsLedger license and request a refund within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. After the refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer receive updates.

2.2 After 30 Days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

4. What Happens After a Refund

  • License purchase refund: Your license key will be deactivated. The app will revert to an unlicensed state. No data is deleted — your health records remain on your Mac.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraudulent or abusive purchase behavior.
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
  • Requests made significantly beyond the 30-day window without reasonable justification.
